KellyGood point. I like your logic similar to you're only as stonrg as your weakest link. I think we've got to give everyone the benefit of the doubt (start by assuming it's my fault and do all the coaching I can) but if they don't perform, they can quickly become cancerous in the organization.Anecdotal evidence: just about the top source of frustration I hear from people about their jobs falls into the category of ineffective co-workers.
